Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to apps, watch faces and subscription services supplied by Robert Szabo trading as Vainqueur Studio. For billing, cancellation and refunds, follow the instructions for the checkout where you paid. Your order confirmation identifies the purchase and who to contact.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. The refund windows below describe each provider’s standard process. You may have additional rights under applicable consumer law.

1. Purchases made directly in the Garmin Connect IQ Store

Garmin accepts standard refund requests within 48 hours of purchase. In the Connect IQ app, open your profile, choose Purchase History, select the purchase and choose Report a Problem, then Request a Refund. See Garmin’s purchase and refund instructions.

If you downloaded the product from Connect IQ and paid through KiezelPay or Polar, follow the instructions for that checkout.

2. Purchases made through KiezelPay

KiezelPay licences are one-off purchases. Some licences may expire. They never renew automatically. If a time-limited licence expires, you can buy a new licence if it is still available.

KiezelPay offers refunds within 30 days of purchase. To request one, email help@kiezelpay.com with the product name and purchase details. See KiezelPay’s refund instructions.

If a KiezelPay trial is offered, check the product listing for its duration and conditions. When the trial ends, you can choose whether to buy. The end of the trial does not trigger a charge.

3. Subscriptions purchased through Polar

Polar Software, Inc. is the seller and merchant of record for purchases completed through Polar Checkout. See the Polar Buyer Terms.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled. To stop the next charge, cancel before renewal using the cancellation option in your Polar customer account or contact Polar using the details in your order confirmation or the Polar Buyer Terms. Keep your cancellation confirmation. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.

When you stop future renewal, access normally continues until the end of the current paid period. For a refund or to exercise a statutory cancellation right, contact Polar separately. If your checkout includes a trial that converts to a paid subscription, cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge.

4. Vainqueur Studio service refunds

  • Suspension for excessive usage. If we suspend your subscription for excessive usage without finding misuse, we offer early cancellation and a proportional refund for the unused part of the paid period.
  • Service suspension or closure. If we suspend or discontinue the service itself, we offer cancellation and a proportional refund for the remaining paid period.
  • Significant service degradation. We may offer early cancellation or a refund in addition to any remedy required by law.
  • Disclosed usage limits, change of mind and confirmed misuse. Vainqueur Studio offers no additional voluntary refund for reduced speed or request frequency within disclosed limits, a change of mind, or confirmed misuse or infringement. Any rights under applicable law or the seller’s refund policy still apply.

We calculate a proportional refund using the amount you actually paid for the affected billing period and the share of that period remaining from the effective date of suspension or termination. Contact us for help with a service refund. Any refund is processed through the original purchase route.

For WristVoice AI, see the Fair Usage, Suspension and Cancellation Policy for the rules on usage restrictions and suspension.

5. Statutory cancellation and consumer rights

You may have a legal right to cancel an online purchase during a cooling-off period. UK consumers generally have 14 days from the day after entering a qualifying online contract. For digital content, that right can end once supply begins if you expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that you would lose the right. Separate rules apply to services that start during the cooling-off period. Use the seller’s cancellation details in your order confirmation if you wish to exercise a statutory right.

You may also be entitled to a remedy if digital content or a service is faulty, unavailable or differs from what was promised. These rights are separate from the provider’s standard refund process and any voluntary refunds in this policy.

6. Help with a purchase

For technical issues or help with a Vainqueur Studio service refund, email vainqueur.studio@outlook.com with the product name, purchase date and order reference. For cancellation or billing requests, use the route above that matches your purchase. Keep your order confirmation and any cancellation confirmation. Never send card details or passwords.
