WristVoice AI — Fair Usage, Suspension and Cancellation Policy

WristVoice AI offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Usage allowances, rate limits and reset periods vary by tier.

1. Your subscription

WristVoice AI provides personal, interactive AI assistance. Before subscribing, check the total price, billing interval, renewal terms and usage limits for your selected plan.

Voice recordings are limited to 10 seconds per request. Answers are designed to be brief.

2. Fair usage

Use WristVoice AI within the limits of your plan. The following activities breach this policy:

• Making automated, scripted or unattended requests without our permission.
• Sharing or reselling access, or using one subscription to provide a service to other users.
• Bypassing payment, recording limits, rate limits, trial restrictions or other access controls.
• Creating additional accounts or subscriptions to evade restrictions or a suspension.
• Deliberately disrupting the service, exploiting vulnerabilities or accessing systems without permission.
• Unlawfully copying, modifying or distributing WristVoice AI software, credentials or protected materials.

Frequent legitimate use does not by itself breach this policy. Activities permitted by applicable law remain permitted.

3. Throttling, suspension and review

If you reach a disclosed usage allowance or rate limit for your tier, we may throttle requests by reducing their speed or frequency, or pause requests until the applicable reset time.

If you breach this policy, we may throttle requests, suspend access or terminate your subscription. We will apply restrictions proportionate to the breach. We will normally explain the activity and the relevant rule, give you a reasonable opportunity to respond and stop the activity, and explain any restriction we apply.

We may suspend access immediately where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, a serious security threat, deliberate circumvention or material disruption. A precautionary suspension is subject to review. We will review suspensions promptly and explain the outcome, except where disclosure would compromise security or breach the law.

If we suspend your subscription for excessive usage without finding misuse, we offer early cancellation and a proportional refund for the unused part of the paid period. Vainqueur Studio offers no additional voluntary refund for throttling within disclosed limits or for confirmed misuse or infringement. 4. Termination and refusal of renewal

We may terminate your subscription for a serious breach, or for repeated breaches that continue after a warning and a reasonable opportunity to resolve them. We may also decline a new subscription or renewal for documented serious or repeated misuse, including attempts to evade previous restrictions.

Our notice will explain the reason, the effective date, what happens to your billing and how to request a review. If we can no longer support your usage and have found no misuse, we will normally honour the current paid period and give reasonable notice before declining renewal. If we suspend access for excessive usage during that paid period, the refund provisions in section 3 apply.

5. Cancelling your subscription
